Hi there, I’m Shanley

Self Care Mindset Coach, Business Mentor, and Psychological Therapist and Founder of Good to Me.

I’m on a mission to help you to serve at your best and get out of your own way. I have seen so many people start and stop what they have been put on this earth to do because of challenges that they may face in business or personally. I believe that you can live a life without hustling or grinding, and instead be more present and show up and serve at your best in a way that feels good to you.

I help you to get clear around your priorities, find balance and run a sustainable business and life that you can keep up with and be present in, by doing less and being more.

I'm a self-care and mental health expert with 10+ years of experience helping people manage anxiety, overcome depression, and prioritise their well-being.

Burned out myself, I started Good to Me in 2017 to share tools and techniques for creating flow and ease in life by prioritising self-care and inner work.

Join me on a journey to self-care and well-being.

I found that many people struggled with putting themselves first and prioritising themselves which was something I also struggled with but I found that when you do put yourself first you are able to pour into others.

You can’t pour from an empty cup and I learnt this the hard way, after I continuously found myself in burn out cycles. I knew that I wanted more. I wanted to give more. I wanted to serve more but I wasn’t able to do so because I was absolutely burnt to a crisp.

I started creating more flow and ease in my life by taking time to prioritise my self-care and doing the inner work like, self reflection, practising self compassion and self love, honouring my boundaries and showing up for myself.

I wanted to provide people with the space, tools and techniques to implement self-care in their own life and business.
